• capture of complete emission spectrum from each fluorochrome and for each pixel (avoids the information loss associated with narrow band filtering),
• the application of stored spectra standards and acquired background spectra, and
• the use of specialized deconvolution algorithms for determining the contribution of each dye

10+ Marker Panels

Our profiling system can multiplex (simultaneously measure expression levels) at least 10 biomarkers on individual cells

• The system can multiplex (simultaneously measure expression levels) at least 10 biomarkers on individual cells
• Panels are reagent kits of  fluorochrome conjugates implemented with a series of 10 engineered fluorochromes
• Three markers common to all panels are DAPI, cytokeratin and C45
• Examples of the 7 to 10 additional markers – ER, PR, Ki-67, Her-2, Bcl-2, Notch-1
• Fluorochrome engineering - the concentration of each conjugate stain is titrated to optimize the difference in emission spectra; dye spectra are measured and stored for reproducible quantitative analysis
• Any available antibody marker can be included in custom panels

Profiling Results

Analysis of individual, intact cells – the system’s high optical and digital camera resolution enables single cell imaging with sufficient numbers of pixels to enable accurate separation and averaging of each marker’s emission wave pattern.
